Use of the PR INBOX services is strictly limited to the submission of press releases and other press materials to the media and the social media platforms for informative and divulgation purposes, excluding marketing and non-videogame related communications. For that matter, PR INBOX will monitor all press releases prior to be forwarded to the targeted recipients, therefore all communications must be handed to PR INBOX with a margin of time of 24 hours if translations are required to one or several languages, or 2 hours if the materials will be distributed in its original language. All communications will be distributed to the media and/or social media platforms within the PR INBOX office hours which are from 9am to 5pm CST time zone.

The client is responsible for taking all precautions to ensure that the press materials to be forwarded to the media and social media platforms, do not violate copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights. The client is also responsible to guarantee that all communications distributed is not unlawful, false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, threatening or harassing. PR INBOX will not take responsibility for any infringement of this nature, being the client the solely responsible. PR INBOX will not be liable for any third party illegal use of the press materials distributed and published in any media outlet or social media platform.

Fees and Payments
The client shall pay the fees as stated on the corresponding campaign checkout boxes through PayPal or the Stripe credit card platform (when available) as seen in http://www.prinbox.net/payment/ or via bank transferred. All payments can done upon contract agreement by both parties or, if the client choses a one-time service without contract, the client will have to pay the fees prior to the service via http://www.prinbox.net/payment/ or via bank transfer, and notice PR INBOX via email contact@prinbox.net. If the client fails on payments of fees due for more than 60 labour days, PR INBOX can charge the client an additional 5% penalty for every additional week or can either terminate the service without notice.

Interruption of Service
PR INBOX will not be liable in case of disruption of the service due to a network or server miss happening from any of our ISPs (Internet Service Providers), or power outage, strikes, riots, insurrection, fires, flood, storm, explosions, terrorism, earthquakes or any other cause which is beyond the control of PR INBOX, but will have to notice the client within the hour of the event and will provide the restoration of the service in the shortest time possible. Any interruption of service longer than 24 hours due to technical issues within the control PR INBOX, the company will be accountable for it with a limited responsibility of refunding the client for the service to be provided.

Termination of Service
Any termination of service required from the client or PR INBOX, will have to be notified via mail or email within a period no shorter than 15 labour days. The termination of the service will not include reimbursements from PR INBOX, but the client will have to pay the full amount of any invoice due for previous days and/or months of service. If the client does not comply with the terms of use, PR INBOX can terminate the service without prior notification to the client.
